New Frontier Campground and RV Park Refund Policy Refunds are prohibited for voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Refunds will not be given for NO SHOW reservations.
Any refund processed per our cancellation policy will be refunded in the same form that was originally paid.
A reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued if requested.
Refunds for extended stays are issued based on daily and/or weekly rates. All refunds are subject to management discretion.
